01. Getting to know you

I run my business like a boutique hotel in the way that I strive to make every client feel as though their satisfaction is my top priority. I believe that the best way to cultivate trust and connection is through communication. As a people person, I have a preference for in-person conversations, but as a realtor, I find them to be the crucial first step in the process of buying a home. 

So, please allow me buy you a coffee and ask thoughtful questions about your timeline, budget, lifestyle, wants and needs. In exchange for your time, I will share market insights, outline expectations, propose a game plan and get you excited to take the next step!

02. House Hunting

Once you engage me as your agent and tell me about your goals, I get straight to work creating a property search that will capture all possible matches (and then some). In addition to casting a wide net, I call upon my colleagues and industry connections to see if I can dredge up any off-market gems. Based on preliminary findings and your familiarity with the area, we set out to do the fun part: look at houses together!

03. Contract to Close

When the right home comes along, you can count on me to structure a competitive offer and thoughtfully guide you through each part of the contract in order to ensure that you understand what you are signing. I am an expert at negotiating the best terms, managing the various personalities and externalities involved in the transaction and helping you feel relaxed throughout the process. 

I draw on my strong interpersonal skills and breadth of industry knowledge and experience to make my clients feel confident, informed and supported from day one until closing and beyond!

04. Beyond the Sale

If you ask any of my clients what they enjoyed the most about working with me, most of them would probably say that it was my commitment to their well-being and satisfaction up until closing (and especially after). From local plumbers and painters to hairdressers and dermatologists, I’m always acting as a personal concierge for my clients. I also love helping them plan and execute remodels and make improvements that will help them realize the greatest returns when they go to sell and buy again. I have a vested interest in your continued happiness and am deeply committed to playing a role in that.
